1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FileFlow AI Studio ("Service"), provided by AMRTECK Technologies Ltd. ("AMRTECK", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2Ownership of User Files

You retain 100% full and unconditional ownership of all files, documents, images, and text processed through FileFlow AI Studio. AMRTECK makes no claim of copyright, license, or ownership over your content.

Because all tools execute locally in your web browser, AMRTECK does not transmit or store copies of your intellectual property on any server.

3Acceptable Use

You agree to use FileFlow AI Studio only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to produce fraudulent identity documents or forge official government certificates.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the client-side code to distribute malicious payloads.
• Circumvent password protections on documents for which you do not possess lawful authorization.

4Intellectual Property of the Service

The FileFlow name, logos, website layout, algorithms, user interface, brand assets, and source code are the proprietary intellectual property of AMRTECK Technologies Ltd. and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

5Disclaimer of Warranties

FileFlow AI Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our tools undergo rigorous automated unit testing, AMRTECK does not guarantee that file conversions will be error-free or that corrupted input files can always be recovered.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMRTECK Technologies Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
