1Introduction

Welcome to FileFlow AI Studio ("we", "our", or "the Service"), provided by AMRTECK Technologies Ltd. ("AMRTECK"). We believe file processing tools should never compromise confidentiality, intellectual property, or personal privacy.

Unlike traditional online PDF converters and photo editing websites that send your confidential documents, tax filings, and biometric photos to remote cloud servers, FileFlow was architected from inception to operate 100% inside your web browser.

2Information We Do NOT Collect

Because of our client-side execution model:

• Your Files: We do not receive, view, transmit, cache, or store any PDFs, images, signatures, passport photos, or text you process.
• Biometric Data: Passport photo cropping and background removal run entirely on your local GPU/CPU via WebAssembly. No biometric geometry is transmitted.
• Credentials & Passwords: Passwords entered into the PDF Protect or PDF Unlock tools are processed purely in browser memory using AES/RC4 algorithms and are never logged or transmitted over any network.
• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account registrations are required to use the Studio.

3Local Browser Storage (LocalStorage)

We use strictly necessary browser localStorage solely to remember non-sensitive interface preferences on your device:

• The last active tool tab you visited (e.g., Background Remover, Merge PDF).
• Whether you have dismissed the zero-cookie privacy announcement banner.

This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time via your browser's "Clear Site Data" settings.

4Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR): Under GDPR, AMRTECK does not act as a data controller or data processor for the files you inspect or edit, because no personal data is transferred across the internet to our servers.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell, share, or monetize any personal information.

Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India): All processing complies with Indian data sovereignty principles. Because processing remains in local memory on the user's terminal, no unauthorized cross-border transfers occur.

5Chrome Companion Extension

The FileFlow Chrome Extension requires contextMenus and activeTab permissions strictly to allow you to right-click an image on the web and open it directly inside the FileFlow studio. It does not monitor browsing history or inject advertisements.
